Digital Products - No Physical Returns
All products sold by Digital Art Portraits are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Since our products are digital files, there are no physical items to return or ship back.
Our Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded. However, we stand behind the quality of our artwork and will provide refunds in the following circumstances:
When We Offer Refunds:
- Technical issues preventing download or file corruption
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Incorrect product delivered
- File format issues that cannot be resolved
- Product significantly different from description
Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us promptly if you experience any issues.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Screenshots if applicable (for technical issues)
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after downloading the files
- Compatibility issues not mentioned in the product description
- Failure to read product specifications or dimensions before purchase
- Printing quality issues (as we provide digital files only)
File Access After Refund
If a refund is approved, you must delete all downloaded files and cease using the artwork. Continued use of refunded digital products is prohibited.
